Qualifications
Your home inspector, Jay Otis, is certified to the strict training and education requirements of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and is a a certified CPI.Jay is a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). Certification # IAC2-03-4377.
Jay has been certified by Prism Analytical Technologies for IAQ Home Survey™ sampling using an air sample pump. Air samples are then tested for the total amount of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) including mold. Air samples can also be taken for formaldehyde.
Jay is a Certified Residential Thermographer and uses an infrared thermal imaging camera during his inspections to detect issues, such as moisture, that may not be visible to the naked eye.
